    ONLINE ORDERS SHIPPING:

    Each order takes 1 to 2 business days to process depending on demand, day and time the order arrives, and workload. Once the payment has been confirmed, the order process begins and when the shipment has been made, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of the parcel so that you can track your order.

    The delivery time will depend on the chosen shipping service*:
    Local Standard: From 2 to 3 business days (after processing the purchase)
    National Standard: From 3 to 6 business days (after processing the purchase)
    Nacional Express: From 1 to 2 business days (after processing the purchase)
    Take into account holidays such as non-business days for parcels, there may be delays outside of Casa Cler*
    PAYMENTS IN ONLINE STORE:
    Currently our online store accepts payments with credit and debit cards, Paypal, KueskiPay, SPEI Transfer or cash payment in Oxxo. It is an always secure payment, in which your data will be encrypted for greater security by our suppliers, Conekta and Paypal, but never registered.
    In payments by Transfer and Oxxo it will be necessary to make the payment within 48 hours since if the system does not make the purchase, it automatically cancels. Please check your spam or junk mail as many times your information/code arrives there to make your payment correctly.

    PACKAGES AND TRACKING:

    We work with different parcel service providers through the envia.com platform. Depending on the destination city/state and the shipping service for which you have paid (standard or express) including:

    Quiken (local) Sendex, Redpack and Estafeta (National Standard) FEDEX (National Express)
    You can track your package from the envia.com platform or directly from the page of the parcel that was used for your shipment.
    DELAYS IN SHIPMENTS:

    If you notice any delay in your shipment, we recommend you put a ticket in the envia.com platform chat who will support you with more information. If you think we can help you with something, you can contact us by mail or whatsapp.
    Any delay or unforeseen event after your package has been sent is not the responsibility of CASA CLER. We are not in control of situations that arise from shipping providers.
    Note: We are not financially responsible for lost or misdirected packages if the customer made an error.
    SLOW FASHION AND RESTOCKS:

    Behind each Mexican brand at Casa, there are Mexican entrepreneurs with a small but dedicated team to manufacture the garments/items you purchase. The materials, mainly in clothing, are usually limited, so they send us a limited stock of each garment or item in their collections.
    You will have an almost unique garment in your closet made by Mexican hands
