EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Since each piece is almost unique or limited in stock , returns are NOT accepted*
For Changes Take this into account before making your purchase:
- The term to request an exchange is 5 calendar days from your purchase in a physical store or the day your package was delivered.
- Changes are subject to availability .
- In case of not having stock for change , store credit will be granted for the same brand.
- Garments and products must be in perfect condition and with labels.
Changes are not applied to discounted and/or sales products.
+ If you live in Monterrey, the changes can be made directly in the physical store. (Within a period of 5 calendar days after receipt)
+ If you live outside of Monterrey, the shipping rates (round trip) are paid by the customer.
To request a change send us an email to: hola@casacler.com with the following information:
- Subject: Change Request + Purchase Order #
- Message: Full Name + Reason for change + Photos if necessary.
We will contact you as soon as possible to define the approval and the type of change to be made along with their respective shipping rates, if applicable.
